We ended up not staying there; we canceled our 訂房網站 entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through 訂房網站s.com. But 訂房網站s.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use 訂房網站s.com again, either. Thanks
